Oochitecture are pleased to be developing proposals for the redevelopment of the Grade II listed  'Kings Arms' in Milford Haven....

Part of living by the sea, is being part of the coastal community! As a keen watersport enthusiast, Michael wanted to give something back, so in 2019 has committed to being on the RNLI Volunteer crew at the Little & Broad Haven Lifeboat Station. The station located only a few minutes from the Oochitecture office is home to a 'D' Class Inshore lifeboat, which is called by the coastguard to emergency shouts in St Brides Bay. #Savinglivesatsea  ...

Planning consent has been granted for 'The Royal'. After 8 months we have been granted consent for our proposal to change the use of the former 'Royal Hotel' into a family home and holiday accommodation....

Uprooting our family was one of the hardest decisions we've ever made. Leaving our jobs, changing schools, moving away from our families and friends in Cardiff, it was a big decision for all of us! Living within touching distance of the sea was a dream that we have had from our teenage years, and we were fortunate enough to be in a position where we could sell up our houses in Cardiff and buy 'the project'....
