Re-purposing a Grade II Victorian Terrace.
Located in the centre of Haverfordwest, Victoria Place is a mid-terrace property with a Grade II listing for its classical façade design, featuring pilasters, cornice, entablature, and traditional timber sash windows. In response to growing demand for mixed used tenure within the town, the client sought to change the use of the building from commercial office space on the upper floors to residential.
This has taken the form of three one-bedroom apartments with the retail retained on the ground floor. This sensitive design protects the historical features of the building whilst giving the building a viable future. We have sought and obtained planning and listed building consent for the changes and Building regulation approval for works to start in 2023.
