Design
A conservative approach to the existing facade, hides a complete transformation inside.
Situated in the Little Haven Conservation area, the principal façade of the property has been retained with the exterior being completely remodelled to create a five bedroom family home.
On a split level site, the lower section offered the opportunity to create a ‘new build’ apartment for ‘holiday let’. A terraced approach with green roof and integrated planting reduces the visual impact whilst improving diversity and forming part of a sustainable urban drainage system (SUDS).
