Design

We have taken on the Stage 4 design and delivery of a contemporary new-build in a rural location just outside of St Davids. A modern two story design with 3 bedrooms, open plan living and swimming pool the property will have panoramic views over St Brides bay.

 

The construction will follow ‘passive house’ style detailing with Isotex blocks and concrete formwork for insulation and airtightness. The servicing strategy will include Mechanical Vent Heat Recovery (MVHR), Air source heat pump and Photo voltaic panels.

Construction starting Winter 2022.
