The client brief was to re-plan the existing 3 bedroom bungalow to maximise the open plan living and the views from the front terrace.

From simple steps like replacing the flat ceilings with vaulted sections, to opening up walls and windows openings, a few modifications can have a dramatic effect on a property.

A remodel of the internal arrangement has allowed us to push the living area to the front to take in the views, with the kitchen brought central opening onto a South facing courtyard. Perfect for that inside-outside connection.

The front façade has newly window openings, a raised terrace and pergola with a vertical Cedar cladding. A real facelift for this 1960’s property.
